Each boat has her own individual character and needs to be matched with the right skipper. As with all Boatshed boats we have an extensive slideshow of images for each boat for sale, so that you can really examine the boat inside and out. Houseboat Thames Lighter Barge now £75,000

The owners of this spacious 4-Bed Houseboat (pictured) have done a lot of work on it since purchasing it in 2009. The interior fit out has all but been completed.

Below deck there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom and then on deck you have a large open plan living area with kitchen, utility room a dining areas a large comfy saloon. Up a level and you have the boating equivalent of a large patio area; ideal for a few garden chairs and the barbeque?

The boat does need the exterior painting and some of the interior fit out is not quite complete; but there is not too much that the average DIY enthusiast could not finish off.

This Thames Lighter Barge has been converted to a house boat and does not have an engine.

The boat is not on a residential mooring. The current berth contract is renewable annually; and the new owners should be able to renew. However, this will be subject to agreement with the mooring owners. Click the link above to see all the photos.

Westerly Griffon now £9,950

The Westerly Griffon is an ideal first yacht for those looking for good accommodation as well as good sea-keeping qualities. With good accommodation and headroom below deck and a deep safe cockpit they are perfect for family cruising.

This one is very well presented; the interior looks great the headlings have been replaced, and the upholstery is also very good. The outside is great too; the hull is original gel coat the deck are smart and the sails in good order.

Seamaster 30 - Aft Cabin now £9,000

The Seamaster 30 is a popular aft cabin cruiser with spacious and comfortable accommodation. They will sleep 6; the aft owner’s cabin has a separate heads and there is then convenient access to another heads from the cockpit.

This boat has a single diesel engine and should therefore be economical.
The boat does need some work to bring it back up to scratch and is priced to reflect this.
