| Broker's Comments
Built in the 40s or 50s I don’t have a lot of history on this boat. She looks solidly built - double diagonal, mahogany on oak and has been used in recent years as a live-aboard, although the engines are in service.
She has a large cockpit and foredeck, with good access inside via the side decks. The wheelhouse is large, with good visibility at the helm. Stairs provide access to a reasonable-sized bedroom, then through to a small galley and a small heads.
She could be used as a comfortable fishing boat or as she is currently being used as a live-aboard.
