| Broker's Comments
Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner. Built at Brightlinsea Essex to a traditional and well-tested design, the build quality is very good and her sea keeping qualities are also superb. She is in exceptionally good condition and has been carefully used (I had to be convinced by the owner that he had used her as a fishing boat); she had a complete major refit in 2002, a full new interior lining and carpeting, in depth interior wood treatment, including re-varnishing. Interior decking is teak inlay and teak oiled. In my opinion this is a great fishing/family cruiser, great levels of accommodation for a boat her size, a powerful engine - these boats generally have a 45hp, all the navigation equipment you could wish for.
