Broker's Comments

A well maintained example of these popular long keeled yachts. With the modifications that the owner has made there are only 3 berths although it would be a simple job to turn it back to the original layout with 4. The forecabin has the traditional Vee berth and an infill could be added to make it a double. the boat is well equipped for short/single handed sailing. All halyards are led back to the cockpit. There are no heads but the original space is still there, although currently used for storage.
The hull is the original Gelcoat, the deck/coachroof has been painted. the original Sabb diesel engine works well, as does the variable pitch propeller
