There are 2 x 1000 Litre holding tanks for waste from the toilet and these are fed via a macerator. The water from showers, sinks, washing machines etc. goes through a macerator and a 3 tank system to filter the waste before it is fed overboard. All of the above tankage and plumbing was fitted new in 2011.

Broker's Comments
The owners of this spacious 4-Bed Houseboat has done a lot of work on it since purchasing it in 2009. The interior fit out has all but been completed.
Below deck there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom and then on deck you have a large open plan living area with kitchen, utility room a dining areas a large comfy saloon. Up a level and you have the boating equivalent of a large patio area ideal for a few garden chairs and the barbeque?
The boat does needs the exterior painting and some of the interior fit out is not quite complete; but there is not too much that the average DIY enthusiast could not finish off.
The Thames Lighter Barge has been converted to a house boat is does not have an engine.
The boat is not on a residential mooring. The current berth contract is renewable annually; and the new owners should be able to renew. However, this will be subject to agreement with the mooring owners.
Appointments to view can be booked in advance by contacting Boatshed Essex.
These boat details are subject to contract.
