Broker's Comments
This Southerly 115 comes with a very good inventory; there have been numerous upgrades in the last 5 or 6 years including the sails, standing rigging and new upholstery.
As with all Southerly’s’ they are spacious and comfortable; the saloon is light and airy and the aft cabin is very comfortable with lots of storage and an en-suite. The Navigation Station faces forward and with the autopilot controller can be used to helm the boat, in suitable conditions, from the comfort of the cabin. They therefore have some of the qualities of a motor sailor; but add in great sailing performance. The lift keel housing is in no way intrusive and the shallow draft allows exploration and anchoring in remote locations inaccessible to conventional yachts.
This boat is very nice example of this sought after yacht.
