The Spartan 23 is a sturdy fishing boat with a wide beam and a ballasted centre keel that protects the prop, as well as adding stability.
This one has had a lot done to it in the last three or four years; bringing it up to a very good standard -see full details above. It looks ready to use; a new owner might want to upgrade the GPS to a Plotter but that's about it.
