Broker's Comments

Boatshed Cornwall are delighted to list this Tremlett Cruiser ex-MCA coded dive boat. Tremlett boats, based near Exeter, gained a reputation for offshore powerboating. The Cruiser 42ft GRP version is a development from the 40ft hot moulded timber boats. It is reported that over sixty three (63) were constructed.

This particular version was a “home build” specifically to support the business of recreational diving in and around the Cornish coast, based in Falmouth. It has been with the same owner since completion and commissioning. During its commercial life it was coded in accordance with the MCA Small Commercial Vessel code which has now expired.

It appears that this Tremlett Cruiser is capable of being used as is, yet may appeal to someone looking for a reasonable project to refurbish/refit. Therefore, all offers will be considered.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Hi There,

I run a charter boat business in Southern England. I am looking to add another vessel.

1. What was the last year the vessel was in commercial survey?

2. Can I please have a copy of the last survey?

3. Would you be able to run the engines, whilst she is on the hard, for 30sec and record that on video? The audio is particularly important to me.

4. What is the VAT status of the vessel?

5. How would a sea trial potentially work?

Thanks :)
