Commentaires du Broker

This Cheoy Lee Pedrick 55 is a bluewater capable cruiser that has spent the last decade cruising the Pacific Northwest's Puget Sound, San Juan Islands, and Gulf Islands. She was completely refurbished and refit during a multi-year refit that spanned 2005-2009. She's been well cared for by the same owners for the last 19 years, who have cruised her recreationally and also as a an owner-operated charter side-business. This vessel comfortably sleeps 8, but she carries a MARAD exemption that allows for up to 12 passengers -- ideal for day trips.

Numerous upgrades (too many to list here) include a fully updated yacht quality interior with high 6' 6" + headroom teak and mahogany joinery. Running rigging, overbuilt standing rigging, mast, furling boom, and sails were all replaced new during the late 2000's refit. Mechanical and other systems were also updated during this refit and the engine was removed for a partial rebuild, tanks were refurbished, and new electrical was installed. Canvas and upholstery were updated. More recent upgrades include a new alternator with external regulation, 340 watts of solar, Victron Multiplus II inverter/charger, and complete LiFePO4 battery system with 600 amp hour house bank.

The vessel features 3 staterooms, 2 head compartments, and 8 berths. She is well configured for charter applications thanks to her size, accommodations, and layout, which includes two cockpits, and a large aft cabin.

This vessel has a heavy duty hand-laid Taiwanese-built GRP hull, with an interior rich in teak and mahogany. In addition, she offers modern updates and improvements. She has been lovingly cared for and equipped by her current owners, and she offers the potential to bring her new owner joy and excitement in either a recreational or a business application.

If you are looking for adventure in comfort, and a good value, then definitely take a close look at the full listing of this Pedrick 55 and reach out to the listing broker for more information while this opportunity remains available.
