Broker's Comments

Not only is this an apparently well-maintained vessel but it offers transferrable live-aboard moorage on Lake Union! The current owner has kept the exterior cleaned and polished. A new Webasto Air Top forced air furnace was installed in 2018. Memory Foam was added to the aft stateroom berth and very comfortable deck furniture was added to the aft deck.

The Twin 140 HP Hino WO4C engines have very low hours. Upgrades include a vacuflush head and new upholstery/ The galley was also upgraded to a three burner propane stove with oven. The aft deck has complete canvas for winter.

Moorage on Lake Union is hard to get and moorage with live aboard status is almost impossible!
