Broker's Comments

This barge has been completely refitted inside, by the current owner, over the last 10 years, to a high standard and comes complete with a Boat Safety Certificate.

There is a spacious galley and forward cabin, which includes the open saloon with double futon and then leads into the forward, double berth. The heads is full size and includes the luxury of a bath and shower, along-with a macerating toilet. The boat is centrally heated with six radiators and a cosy, multi fuel, stove. The engine has been regularly maintained and serviced, powering a boat that is very maneuverable and suited to use on rivers, canals and inshore coastal routes, when the weather permits.

When I visited this boat I was impressed by its robust, reliable and yet comfortable and cosy characteristics, including the soft furnishings and simple, yet attractive, wood finishing. There is more than ample living and storage space in this vessel, which would be more than suitable as a liveaboard or floating holiday home. Come and see for yourself.
