Bavaria sailing yachts are great value and lovely to sail. Our current boat of the moment is this Bavaria 31 Cruiser and she’s in exceptionally nice condition. The boat has been owned from new by her current owners who are now moving abroad. The electric opening transom is worth a special mention, it makes the yacht really easy to board from a dinghy as well as being a great swim platform.

The other day I picked up this easy galley recipe on Twitter from @TalbotWharf, “A plain tuna sandwich is improved no end by a layer of plain crisps inside,” and @Seafoodshed asked me “Any chance of a mention of essexseafood.co.uk #prattsvinegar?” I was happy to share their Facebook picture, with a lovely lady saying, “I always use Pratt’s vinegar on my winkles.”
