Broker's Comments
In our opinion this is a rare opportunity to purchase a luxury appointed Dutch (live aboard) Barge that has been carefully developed and meticuously maintained inside and out. Offering both ample living space and accommodation and thoughtfully designed to offer ensuite facilities to all cabins. Throughout the interior she has 'Merbau' decking, which appears to be in excellent condition and really sets the standard of fittings throughout the vessel.
The engine was installed in 2008 and has only run for 86 hours. As you can view from our photos and videos, the engine appears to be in excellent condition (important should any potential buyer be wanting to cruise or move her to a new berth). During my time on board the owner explained the routine maintenance carried out and started the engine with ease (as shown on the video)
Internally the Lounge (Saloon) and dining/ kitchen (Galley) area has been thoughtfully decorated and included in the sale are all the kitchen appliances as noted in the specification.
A survey (dated July 2018) is available for serious buyers after a viewing and the owner will happily share more details of the barge and significant work that was undertaken to bring her up to the standard she presents herself in.
In summary, this is an exquisitely presented and specified barge and would suit anyone looking to live a life of luxury afloat! If you would like to know more, or organise a personal viewing, then please contact our office and we would be pleased to help.
