The Etap 22i is a deservedly popular and very well constructed yacht. The hull is double skinned with polyurethane foam in between, this not only adds bouyancy it also insulates the boat reducing condensation.
This particular boat has been well maintained and has had a lot of new equipment, see details above.
It is unlikey to be around for long.
