Broker's Comments
The Fisher Northeaster 30 was the first of a range of fishing boat styled motor-sailers marketed by Fairways Marine, other Fishers including the 25, 31, 34, 37 and 46.
The Fisher 30 offers wheelhouse comfort along with excellent handling and seaworthiness. She would be ideal for someone looking for a boat with charm and character who enjoys having the benefit of both cruising by motor and sail.
In my opinion, she would also be suitable for a couple looking to live aboard or, equally suited for a small family.
On inspection this vessel appears to be in good condition and there is lots of evidence to suggest she has been well maintained.
The forward cabin offers 2 single berths, plenty of storage and has the benefit of plenty of light thanks to a large hatch and port hole windows on both sides of the vessel.
The saloon and galley area offer the crew a spacious area to prepare and enjoy a good meal.
The saloon seating converts into a small double bed. There is also a head and basin to the starboard-side of the saloon.
The wheel house offers both skipper and crew a comfortable area to take shelter whilst still offering plenty of visibility. The wheelhouse also benefits from both port and starboard-side companionways to the side decks.
The aft cabin offers additional accommodation for 2 crew members, again with plenty of storage.
The boat also benefits from;
- A Bow Thruster
- Diesel Heating
- Deckwash
- Gas Safety Certificate
