Hull professionally painted and blacked in September 2012.
Six new Anodes fitted Sept 2012.
Boat Safety Certificate in date (expires September 2016).
Double Glazed Windows and Portholes; new glazing fitted in 2014.
Hull topsides, coachroof and decks painted in June 2014.
The Hull is 10/6/6mm and has been protected along its length with anodes and regular maintenance from new.
The hatches to port and starboard have both recently been renewed.

Designed as a live-aboard boat the windows allow ample light into the interior.
Entering the interior from the bow the saloon area is fitted out in oak and teak with ample storage and seating, the seating converts to a double berth when required. Moving aft the Galley area is in the centre of the boat it is of a good size and well-equipped for living aboard. The Bathroom (heads) with a bath and shower is between the galley area and the main double berth. This main cabin again has ample storage; the fitted double berth is purpose built with storage below. Further aft is a utility area where the water heater is located as well as a washing machine and second fridge. Then at the stern the engine is housed under a single berth.
The bow area is enclosed when required by a Cratch Cover and Frame.
Cabin Heating from a multi-fuel Morso Squirrel Stove with double lined copper pipes distributing heat throughout the boat. The Morso Stove is currently used with solid fuel, but also has the connections for use with paraffin the paraffin fuel tank is approximately 100 litres in size and is located in the bow.
The water tank can be coupled directly to the mains supply to keep the system directly filled. The water tank is located in the bow and the tank surface is treated with potable bitumen, the water is retained in an inner flexible polythene liner which ensures high quality water. A new water pump was fitted in 2013.

The Calorifier for hot water is located in the utility room and is heated by a Janus 3/30 gas boiler.
