Broker's Comments
This Princess 45 is an excellent example of an attractive powerboat, with a great turn of speed. Built by Marine Projects in Plymouth, who have a policy of constant research and development, the 45 benefits from innovative design features and was described by Motorboat and Yachting magazine as a boat with 'outstanding seakeeping and very flexible accommodation'. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, both at sea and in harbour, including a huge foredeck, a cockpit with plenty of seating and a spacious saloon and galley. Inside there is a double, forward cabin, a twin cabin to starboard, and a spacious heads. This version also benefits from the dinette to port, complementing the galley and providing good sized dining area for the boat. The saloon provides an open plan space for socialising, with panoramic views through the surrounding windows, comfortable seating and a fridge.
The current owner has invested considerable time and resource in the upkeep and improvement of this boat, benefitting the exterior, interior and engines.
This boat represents an excellent opportunity to purchase a spacious, fast and comfortable powerboat. The boat would be suitable for anybody looking for swift, stylish motor cruising in comfort and would be capable of extended voyages, including as a live-aboard. It also makes a relaxed, mobile platform for socialising, entertaining or just watching the world go by.
