Broker's Comments
The Southerly 28's are well known and respected cruisers and this version was the last one of this model built.
They have plenty of space on deck and a versatile, accommodation plan, including a spacious and bright galley and saloon, double fore-cabin and separate heads. In addition to the lifting keel it also has bilge plates, to hold the boat upright when aground, making it equally suited to cruising and inland navigation.
This version has been well maintained by the current owner with recent upgrades including new upholstery and carpets and benefits from an unusual refit with a double forward cabin and wheel steering. The owner is also willing to share his recent survey, completed in 2017.
