Broker's Comments

This Steel Barge has great potential as a live aboard the hull looks sound and the space can be developed to provide spacious accommodation.
The Diesel engine is also still in place meaning there is therefore the option to keep it and make this boat moveable, rather than just a static houseboat.
There is a lot to do to get this boat fitted out and finished but the potential is clear.
This barge has at one point been used as a dredger, hence the Hiab. The boat is afloat but dries out on blocks, the hull can been seen and would be relatively easy to get inspected.
