Broker's Comments
This Classic East Coast Yacht built in Leigh on Sea in the 1930's really is a fantastic little yacht.
Her owner for the past 25 years fully restored her over a period of time and has maintined her in good condition ever since. He now lacks the time due to business commitnents, and has reluctantly decided to sell her.
We took some of the photos just before she went back in the water (July 2008) and the rest once back in commission.
